When Should I Start Classes?

This all depends on you and the class you would like to take. Some of my clients prefer to start classes in early pregnancy and that’s okay. And some wait till the last trimester. This is completely up to you. But you do want to keep your “due date” in mind when you schedule your birth class and try to give yourself some time to continue to work on everything you learned in class and prepare before the BIG day!

For the 10-Session Birth Boot Camp Comprehensive Class, I recommend starting classes between 20 and 28 weeks of pregnancy, but can also be started as early as 15 weeks or as late as 30 weeks.

For the 7-Session Birth Boot Camp Hospital Class, 6-Session Birth Boot Camp Home & Birth Center Birth Class, Basic Training Workshop, and Reboot Refresher Class, I recommend starting these classes in the last trimester so that the information is fresh in your mind come birth day!

The Food & Fitness Workshop is best to start before conceiving or in early pregnancy if you can, but can also be taken anytime during your pregnancy. It’s never too late!

For the Homecoming Workshop, Comfort Measures Workshop, and Siblings-At-Birth Class, I recommend starting these classes in the last two months of pregnancy.

For Birth Boot Camp Online Classes, these classes can be started at any time and you can go at your own pace. You’ll have unlimited access to your online classes for 12 months.
