Being healthy and low-risk through nutrition and exercise will not only help you in the delivery room, but you will feel better during pregnancy, birth, and recover more quickly postpartum. Birth Boot Camp has designed a program especially for you! You will learn the how-to's in class and build a great physical foundation for your pregnancy, birth, and baby.

Private and Group Classes are taught in my home in Lakeway or you can schedule a private class to be taught in the comfort of your own home. A one time $50 travel fee is applied for locations over a 20-mile radius from Lakeway.
