This class is designed for expecting couples who want to have an optimal hospital birth. Throughout our 6-session series, you and your birthing partner will gain valuable information, insights, tools, and exceptional communication skills to prepare you to make informed decisions as your birth unfolds.

What’s Included with In-Person Classes:
6 - Sessions. Each session runs about 2.5 hours.
Birth Boot Camp Tote Bag, Tumbler, and Full-Color Workbook—With over 50-pages, this workbook is full of supplemental information and things to discuss and work on at home together.
In-Person Private and Group Classes are taught in my home in Lakeway or you can schedule a private class to be taught in the comfort of your own home.
What do the Virtual Online Classes Include?
6-Birth Boot Camp Hospital Online Class Sessions. Online Classes have been professionally filmed, edited, and include closed captioning.
You’ll have access to your classes for 12 months!
6- 1 Hour Weekly Meetings with Me via Zoom.

Birth Classes from the comfort of your home
You and your birth partner will watch your Birth Boot Camp Online Classes and make notes of any questions or concerns you may have. After each class, we’ll have a Zoom meeting where I will answer all your questions, practice techniques, and discuss important topics.
