What’s Included with In-Person Classes:
5 - Sessions. Each session runs about 2.5 hours.
Birth Boot Camp Tote Bag, Tumbler, and Full-Color Workbook—With over 40 pages, this workbook is full of supplemental information and activities.
In-Person Private and Group Classes are taught in my home in Lakeway or you can schedule a private class to be taught in the comfort of your own home.
What do the Virtual Online Classes Include?
5 - Birth Boot Camp Home & Birth Center Birth Online Class Sessions. The Online Classes have been professionally filmed, edited, and include closed captioning.
5 - 1 Hour Weekly Meetings with Me on Zoom.

What to Expect
You and your birth partner will watch your Birth Boot Camp Online Classes and make notes of any questions or concerns you may have. And then after each class, we’ll have a weekly Zoom meeting where I will answer all your questions, practice techniques, and discuss important topics.
